- If you are an individual customer, you can place your order directly on our website.
- If your are a store owner, a stockist or a designer looking for custom made products, you can e-mail us on contact@muzyhome.com with your business information and detailed request.

- Once the checkout is completed, a notification will pop-up on your screen indicating that the order was placed.
- An email will then be sent with your order confirmation number.

- We advise your to wait for about 15 minutes and check the spam section first. If you still can't see our confirmation email, we invite you to email us at sales@muzyhome.com with your personal information : name or email address used to place the order so we can help you.

- To modify your order, please contact us at Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it unfortunately. You can still call us within an hour of placing your order on 01 45 31 74 50 to see if our awesome Customer Care team can help.

There are four different payment methods available :
- Cash on delivery : available for small amount order in Morocco only.
- Credit card payment for all clients.
- Paypal.
- Bank transfer : for orders placed by email and wholesale orders.

- The payment methods available on our website are secure.
- After your payment is processed on our store, your bank details will be encrypted and protected.

- Shipping costs are different for each order, depending on the location of the client and the weight of the ordered items.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
- If your country doesn't appear in the list of destinations, please e-mail us at contact@muzyhome.com.

- For items available in our warehouse, shipping will depend on your location / country; delivery time will be indicated during checkout.
- For production, please note that due to the nature of our detail and quality oriented production process, your order may take up to 10 days to produce and ship.

- If you fancy an out of stock product or a design that is no longer available on our website, please e-mail us at contact@muzyhome.com.
